Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.</description>

		<description>i agree with the other answers, you are a bit under weight. you may be eating normally, but because you are very active you probably have a higher need for calories than your friends. 
remember, muscle weighs more than fat, so if you eat right and gain some weight it&#039;s probably muscle from all the sports you do!
if you measure the smallest part of your waist (around your belly button) and divide that number by the biggest part of your hips (just above your butt) you should get a number between 0.8 and 1.0. if it&#039;s lower than 0.8 you are definitely underweight.</description>
