Poor sportsmanship, yes. Maybe there should be 4 officials on the field like football. Of course it would slow the game down a lot.
Grandmagrumpy, what a great name. I like that with one official in soccer they can make calls using common sense. My daughter is shorter so learned at an early age to run with her elbows up for self preservation. Some refs were okay with it, some were not.

Definitely not the first time I’ve seen the flip throw-in in a high school game, but I think the first time I’ve seen it in a girls’ game.
I would try stretching it out more beforehand and then making sure to eat a lot of potassium (bananas are a good source) after wards and icing it if it hurts if the problem continues i'd go see a doctor.
