Soccer is a fun and challenging sport for children to play together on any day of the week. All that is needed to play the game of soccer is a ball, a playing field that is equipped with two goals and enough children to make up two teams. Since there are twenty-two children needed for a game, parents usually organize neighborhood soccer teams to ensure that there are enough children to form a game of soccer.
Soccer is a coordinated sport because it requires twenty-two people to move at great speeds without acquiring any injuries while doing so. Every child on the team must understand the object of the game and know that they must move the soccer ball down the field and into a goal in order to score a goal and earn a point on the scoreboard. The trick that children must learn is that they must move the soccer ball with their feet and never use their hands at any time.
Soccer can be great fun for children after they learn how to move and weave their strategies on the playing field. Some of the children will fumble and lose the ball several times on the way to the goal area and other children will show talent in the way that they play soccer. These are the children that need to be encouraged to continue their soccer playing because it could earn them a very good income one day when they are much older.
Children will learn the rules one by one and have a great time doing so. They will learn that only people allowed to use their hands to play soccer are the people who are blocking shots that are kicked toward their team’s goal. These people are usually referred to as goalies and every player on the team will eventually get the opportunity to play this position at least once. The other team mates usually use their feet to kick the ball but have been known to use their heads to intercept the ball when it is in the air.
Soccer is a game played by children and adults all over the United States and all over the Europe. Soccer is a sport that requires a lot of concentration and a lot of team work but not necessarily to an extreme that professional soccer player’s use when they play their soccer matches on a competitive level. All children need to remember is that the biggest score wins the soccer game and they will be very intent on doing their best to make sure that happens.
Soccer also takes a lot of practice, but children should be reminded that practice makes perfect and the more practice time that they can get then the better their soccer game will be week after week. Parents like soccer a lot and think that neighborhood soccer teams give their children a great opportunity to get the exercise that they will need to grow up healthy.

19 years old is not late at all! All u have to do is be fit, love the sport, and play with family and friends at the beginning. It is never too late to start playin' a sport(unless you start at the age of 60!). Just keep on practicing for fun and for the feel of the sport itself!
Non-profit, but it a 501(c)3 charity? If so, he can deduct the 14 cents a mile as a charitable contribution, IF you itemize. If it isn't a 501(C)3, then no he can't. Not all non-profits are registered charities, and soccer teams typically wouldn't be.

Because parents do not enforce rules on their children, so children think they can do what they want all day. If that is sitting around being lazy, then that is what they will do. Parents don't want to fight with their kids, so they let them just "hang out."
Playing soccer along with your kids is a perfect getaway for both the parents and kids. This will not just promote healthy living but it can surely promote the bond between the parents and children.

edit: But seriously……..I was a coach for three years. Here's my take on the mom/dad issue…
Usually, only one parent wants their child playing soccer. That one parent enrolls the kid, pushes the kid, comes to all the games, and is most vocal when "helping" the coach coach.
I observed a pretty even split (50/50) between moms and dads when it came to who's idea it was that little Johnny play soccer. The soccer parent always believed that their child was the star, supporting the entire team. They believed their child should play the whole game, as forward, while the rest of the team rotated in and out.
The gender of the parent was a not a factor when arguing with the coach about playing time, who plays where, etc.
However, MOMS had a clear leading role when it came to attending practice and attending games. Moms are moms, which was nice to see.

That is something you have to decide. Whenever your comfortable with it. I have three kids, by the time my daughter was born i took her out almost right away.
Here is a technique I use:
Focus on one object–a house, a garden gnome, a tree–and begin to describe it in detail. Talk about the colours in the object, what it looks like at different times of the day etc. After you have described it at length, place it in the context of your city–where is it located? On someone's yard? At the center of town? From that focal point I find it a lot easier to describe other areas.
A great focal point could be the soccer field. Talk about the divets in the ground, the springiness of the grass, the warm smell of dirt and newly fallen rain and the the pleasant firmness of the earth as it resists against the stab of your cleats.
Or something like that.
