To start things off, the game comes with the “create a school” feature which is more of creating your own team. This feature will satisfy many fans’ cravings for creating their own team. What better way to enjoy the game than creating your own team. Pick the uniforms, pick the plays, and of course, pick the players. There are so much more features you could customize when creating your own team. This feature is one that most gamers are looking forward to.
Next up is the “Team Specific Entrance” feature. This is exactly what the feature says it is. It pumps you up before the game rather than boring you and forcing you to skip straight to the coin toss. It is definitely a feature the game needs to add enthusiasm to the gamers.
The “Pregame information” feature is a really helpful one. It shows you your players and their stats. It also has the options and settings the game you’re about to play has. It’s really helpful and user-friendly. This feature will make it easier for you to set the game settings to match your taste.
The game also has improved battle when in the trenches. This might be one of the biggest changes in the game. Fans will be happy with this new engine the game has. It gives you the realism the real game has when in the trench. Not the same thing you’ll see over and over again in the past NCAA Football games. It’s a feature we will all be anticipating to try. I'm not sure because your description is sort of vague, but it might be "Sirius" from the Alan Parsons Project album "The Eye in the Sky" – which _is_ used extensively for this sort of thing.
It might also be the classic Gary Glitter "Rock and Roll Part II". (this is closer to your description).

The best I have found is Maxxed Football forum @ fbtz.com. You have to register (which is free, and they dont sell your email or contact you alot) and then you are in. People post whole games, highlights, compilations, etc. The whole 9 yards, old and new games. That's the best, but like written above they have had problems with copyright. Since it is a forum though, I believe they will get thru it. Fifa.com has soccer footage of entire classic games, classic players and teams, etc. Their setup is fun to watch oldies…to file thru and remember a highlight from your childhood or something. Also youtube.com has a decent amount of highlights, but it is not dedicated to soccer, so it's all reliant on if someone feels like putting the highlights up or not. Uefa.com puts up highlights as well, but they seem to really be under the legal constraints of copyrights.

Free options would be: Video Spin, Jump Cut, Windows Movie Maker, and WAX. I haven't used any of these so can't directly speak towards their abilities or feature sets. But they are free, so you can start with these and see if any seem to fit the bill.
Pay, but affordable: AVS Video Editor, Sony Vegas Movie Studio, Corel Ulead Video Studio, Pinnacle Studio, and Adobe Premiere Elements. All of these have free trials so you can test them out and see if they are worth paying for. I would expect them to have more robust feature sets than the free ones. I think AVS or Sony would be 'easier' ones to learn possibly, at least by reputation. I think Adobe is the most robust of the set, but also the most expensive.
